Warhammer 40,000 Space Marine 2 is the best-selling 40K video game of all time, and already has a sequel in the works. With an entire extra year of post-launch content coming, the popular action game is a beloved entry point into one of the greatest fictional universes ever made.
With Year 1 of support over and done with – which added a host of new operations, Saber Interactive is releasing a new physical edition of the game to coincide with its upcoming anniversary.
Dubbed the Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2 Ultima Limited Edition, this new physical edition officially launches on November 18, 2025. Available to pre-order now, fans who haven’t dived into Saber’s action game will find themselves grabbing a decent bargain and a nifty steelbook.

The new release is priced at $100 and comes with Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2, Season Pass 1 and Season Pass 2. On sale, the base game usually sits at around $50 with the dual Season Passes costing around $70 in a bundle. The passes come with the following items:
Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2 – Season Pass 1
- Ultramarines Cosmetic Pack
- Dark Angels Chapter Pack
- Salamanders Champion Pack
- Raven Guard Cosmetic Pack
- Imperial Fists Champion Pack
- Space Wolves Chapter Pack
- Blood Angels Cosmetic Pack
- White Scars Chapter Pack
Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2 – Season Pass 2
- Black Templars Champion Pack
- Imperial Fists Cosmetic Pack
- Blood Angels Champion Pack
- Salamanders Champion Pack
- Raven Guard Champion Pack
- Carcharodons Cosmetic Pack
- Iron Hands Chapter Pack
- REDACTED Champion Pack (Likely Blood Ravens to tie in with Dawn of War 4, but don’t hold me to that.)
- Raptors Cosmetic Pack
You’ll also be given the game’s $4 Macragge’s Chosen DLC which comes with some skins and a fancy cauldron.
Of course, the biggest draw for the new edition is the physical steelbook with “exclusive artwork”. Styled in marble white with gold accents, the cover features a cool Ultramarine on the front and a surprisingly jacked Tyranid on the back.
If you haven’t bought into Warhammer 40,000 Space Marine 2 yet, and you love physical media, this is a pretty damn entry point if you have a hundo to spare. $100? In this economy?
