How Does Crafting Work in Be Dino? Explained

Crafting lets you upgrade dinosaurs into stronger rarity tiers. The upgrade chain is as follows:

Normal → Gold → Platinum → Diamond → Rainbow → Shadow

To craft a dinosaur into the next tier, you need 25 copies of the same dinosaur at the same current tier. For example, 25 Normal copies can become one Gold copy. Then you would need 25 Gold copies to make one Platinum copy.

That means crafting the highest tiers takes a lot of copies, so you should focus on dinosaurs you can realistically stack. Don’t waste all your effort chasing a Shadow version of a rare dinosaur unless you have a steady way to get duplicates.
