With the release of Season 7, Marvel Rivals has introduced a new event pass. As was the case in the past, the pass has three skins, and one of them is free. This time, Namor gets a free costume, while upgrading to the premium pass will get you new cosmetics for Star-Lord and Magik.
In addition to the skins, you can unlock several other cosmetics, from emotes to nameplates. However, it’s important to note that the event runs for a limited time. Because of this, you have a few weeks to unlock Namor’s skin and all the other free cosmetics in the new Marvel Rivals event pass.
How to unlock Namor’s free event skin in Marvel Rivals
Namor’s Sea Samba skin is included in a new event pass, which means that you can unlock it by simply playing the game. The more you play, the more XP you earn, which is the only requirement to get the skin. If you’re not a fan of Namor’s free skin, you can also pick one of the previous free skins to unlock instead, such as Symbiote Storm or Flora Maiden Mantis.
To unlock Namor’s free skin, or any other one that you choose, here’s what you need to do:
- Launch Marvel Rivals
- Play Quick Game or Ranked
- Earn XP
- Reach Level 12 in the event pass
- Redeem the skin
It’s important to note that the daily XP is capped. Due to this, you won’t be able to unlock the new free skin in Marvel Rivals right away. Instead, you will have to play for at least a few days, earning XP and hitting the cap several times.
The event begins on Thursday, March 26, at 9 AM UTC. Its ending date is likely in the first week of Marvel Rivals Season 7.5, which is scheduled to launch on April 16.
