Fortnite serves another lifetime ban and makes the player pay a settlement
It is no secret that Fortnite has a lucrative black market. After all, some of the rarest Fortnite skins haven’t been released for more than seven years, and it’s unclear if they will ever return. As a result, many players resort to buying accounts with numerous cosmetics.
Both buying and selling accounts are against the game’s terms of service, which is why Epic Games has gone after several account sellers. In the most recent instance, the company took legal action against a player who was selling accounts. The player apologized on X, revealing more details about the case.

At the moment, it’s unknown how much the account seller will pay. However, considering that some Fortnite accounts are worth thousands of dollars, the amount may not be insignificant.
