With Season 7 of Marvel Rivals coming on Friday, March 20, we already have its patch notes. The patch notes were leaked recently, and they show detailed buffs and nerfs for over 30 heroes in the game. This includes Elsa Bloodstone, the latest hero added to the game.
As we are two weeks away from the new season, several things remain a mystery, including which Season 7 hero will come out first. Since the season is relatively far away, the leaked patch notes are likely fake. But if they are not, the upcoming season will arguably be the one in terms of balance.

Verifying the source of the leaked Marvel Rivals patch notes is difficult, which is why it’s very likely they are fake. While the buffs and nerfs make sense and would make the game better, there is no way of telling whether these are the official ones. However, you can look at them below and see what could possibly come on March 20.
Vanguards

Doctor Strange
- Health increased from 575 to 625.
- Dagger of Denak: Ammo increased from 10 to 12.
- Maelstrom of Madness: Damage increase for each point of Dark Magic from 1.3 to 1.35.
- Pentagram of Farallah: Added a One-Time Cooldown of 12s after spawning.
Captain America
- Health reduced from 575 to 500.
- Leading Dash: Movement Boost increased from 33.40% to 40%.
- Vibranium Energy Saw: Cooldown reduced from 6s to 4s. Maximum distance increased from 25m to 35m.
- Liberty Rush: Cooldown reduced from 16s to 5.5s.
- Super-Soldier Slam: Cooldown reduced from 12s to 8s. Maximum distance increased from 20m to 30m.
- Living Legend: Delayed Recovery after release reduced from 4s to 2s. Cooldown after being destroyed reduced from 5s to 4s.
Groot:
- Strangling Prison: Energy Cost increased from 2800 to 3400.
- Ironwood Wall: Gain immunity to launch-up, knock-back, and other displacement effects instead of Unstoppable. Wall health reduced from 600 to 500.
Hulk:
- Health increased from 650 to 675.
- Gamma Burst: Number of charges increased from 1 to 2. Charge cooldown reduced from 6s to 4s.
Peni Parker:
- Cyber-Web Cluster: Self-Slow rate while shooting removed.
- Bionic Spider-Nest: Range increased from 12m to 14m.
- Arachno-Mine: Damage increased from 100 to 110.
Rogue:
- Power Surge Punch: First Two Strikes Damage increased from 35 to 42.
- Defensive Stance: Backlash energy will now have a delay of 2s before starts to decay. Backlash energy consumption rate reduced from 20/s to 15/s.
- Northern Brawl: Cooldown reduced from 6s to 4s. Base Damage increased from 40 to 50.
- Chrone Kick Combo: Cooldown reduced from 10s to 8s. Projectile Damage increased from 60 to 70. Bonus Health increased from 50 to 75.
- Fatal Attraction: Cooldown reduced from 14s to 12s.
- Ability Absorption: Cooldown reduced from 25s to 20s.
- (Team-Up) Hearts As One: Spell Field damage reduced from 5 + 3% of enemies max health to 2 + 1.5% of enemies max health.
The Thing:
- Stone Haymaker: Base damage increased from 55 to 75. Damage based on enemies max health reduced from 10% to 6%.
Venom:
- Symbiotic Resilience: Bonus health convertion reduced from 1.2 to 1.13.
Duelists

Black Panther
- Bast’s Descent: damage reduced from 150 to 115. Apply 20% Vulnerability to targets for 4s.
- Spirit Rend: Cooldown reduced from 10s to 8s. Bonus health increased from 25 to 45. Maximum Bonus Health increased from 75 to 100. Damage reduced from 80 to 50.
- Spinning Kick: Damage reduced from 70 to 50. Cooldown reduced from 8s to 6s.
- Spear Toss: Charge Cooldown reduced from 6s to 2.5s.
- Panther’s Cunning [REWORKED]: New Effect > For each Vibranium Mark consumed, gain 1 stack up to 5. Each stack grants 5% damage boost. Each stack decays every 2s.
Blade
- Ancestral Sword: Damage per single slash increased from 26 to 30.
- Hunter’s Shotgun: Initial Damage increased from 45 to 65.
- Daywalker Dash: Wielding Gun > Also apply healing reduction of 25%. Wielding Sword > healing reduction increased from 8% (Total of 32% healing reduction) to 12.5% (Total of 50% healing reduction).
- Thousand-Fold Slash: Healing Reduction increased from 20% to 75%.
- Bloodline Awakening: Lifesteal reduced from 65% to 35%. Self-Healing reduction reduced from 25% to 10%.
- Scarlet Shroud: Cooldown reduced from 3s to 2s.
Deadpool
- Health increased from 250 to 275.
- Dual Desert Eagles: Base damage increased from 38 to 40. Upgraded Damage increased from 46 to 48.
- Kick Ass Katana: Base damage increased from 40 to 45. Upgraded Damage increased from 45 to 50.
- Deadpool In Your Area: Base Spell Field damage increased from 15/s to 20/s. Upgraded Spell Field Damage increased from 15/s to 25/s.
Elsa Bloodstone
- Health reduced from 275 to 250.
- Helix Advance: Bonus Health reduced from 40 to 15. Max Bonus Health reduced from 75 to 35.
- Monster Piercer: Base Damage increased from 13 to 18 per bullet. Damage based of enemies maximum health removed.
- Living Bullet: Cooldown reduced from 8s to 6s.
- Apex Predator: Glartrox Movement Speed increased from 15m/s to 20m/s.
Hawkeye
- Health reduced from 275 to 250.
Human Torch
- Fire Cluster: Charges increased from 6 to 8. Delay before ammo begin to replenish reduced from 0.5s to 0.25s.
- Blazing Blast: Flame Field Damage increased from 20/s to 28/s.
- Flaming Meteor: Cooldown reduced from 20s to 14s. Bonus Health increased from 50 to 75.
Iron Fist
- Dragon’s Defense: Maximum Bonus Health reduced from 175 to 125.
- K’un-Lun Kick: Number of charges increased from 1 to 2. Cooldown per charge increased from 10s to 14s. Second Flying Kick Minimum damage increased from 35 to 45.
Iron Man
- Hyper-Velocity: Movement Speed increased from 12m/s to 16m/s.
- Hyper-Velocity (Armor Overdrive): Movement Speed increased from 12m/s to 18m/s.
- Unibeam: Damage increased from 140/s to 160/s.
- Armor Overdrive: Cooldown reduced from 20s to 14s.
Phoenix
- Cosmic Flames: Explosion Damage reduced from 40 to 30. Explosion Spell Field Damage increased from 12 to 20.
- Telekinesis Burst: Cooldown increased from 10s to 12s.
Magik
- Movement Speed increased from 6m/s to 7m/s.
- Soulsword: Damage falloff removed.
- Eldritch Whirl: Damage increased from 50 to 65.
- Magic Slash: Cooldown reduced from 6s to 4s.

- Stretch Punch: Spell Field Range increased from 15m to 20m.
- Flexible Elongation: Damage increased from 30 to 45.

- Moonlight Hook: Cooldown reduced from 15s to 8s.
- Ancient Ankh: Cooldown reduced from 12s to 10s.
Psylocke
- Psionic Crossbow: Cooldown reduction on hit increased from 0.25s to 0.55s.
- Psychic Stealth: Duration increased from 2s to 4s. Cooldown reduced from 15s to 12s.
Scarlet Witch
- Chaos Control: Chthonia Burst Recharge per Hit increased from 0.1 per hit to 0.25. Range increased from 20m to 28m. Damage reduced from 8 to 3.
- Chthonia Burst: Projectile Damage increased from 40 to 60. Spell field damage reduced from 40 to 30.
- Mystic Projection: Duration increased from 1.5s to 2s. Cooldown increased from 10s to 12s.
Spider-Man
- Web-Cluster: Recharge speed reduced from 2s per charge to 1.25s. Spider-Tracer Duration increased from 3s to 4s.
Star-Lord
- Galactic Legend: Maximum Locking Distance reduced from 40m to 30m.
Storm
- Health increased from 250 to 275.
- Omega Hurricane: Energy cost increased from 3400 to 4000.
- Weather Control (Tornado): Self Movement Boost increased from 16% to 24%. Allies Movement boost increased from 8% to 16%.
- Weather Control (Thunder): Self Damage Boost increased from 12% to 16%. Allies Damage Boost increased from 8% to 12%.
The Punisher
- Deliverance: Damage per round reduced from 10 to 9.
- Vantage Connection: Cooldown reduced from 20s to 14s.
- Culling Turret: Cooldown reduced from 20s to 14s.
Winter Soldier
- Ceaseless Charge: Bonus health gained after using Bionic Hook and Tainted Voltage reduced from 40 to 25. Bonus health gained after using Tropper’s Fist and Kraken Impact reduced from 50 to 35.
- Tainted Voltage: Slow effect reduced from -35% to -10%.
- Bionic Hook: Maximum Charge duration reduced from 4s to 2.5s.
Wolverine
- Undying Animal: Damage reduction increased from 40% to 50%.
- Regenerative Healing Factor: Cooldown reduction per KO increased from 10s to 15s.
Strategists

Adam Warlock
- Soul Bond: Duration reduced from 6s to 5s. Cooldown reduced from 40s to 30s. Maximum Damage Shared per target increased from 250 to 350.
- Avatar Life Stream: Maximum number of healing bounces increased from 2 to 3.
Cloak & Dagger
- Eternal Bond: Energy cost increased from 4500 to 5000.
Deadpool:
- Dual Desert Eagles: Base Healing increased from 45 to 50. Upgraded healing increased from 50 to 55. Base Damage increased from 25 to 35. Upgraded Damage increased from 28 to 38.
- Kick Ass Katana: Base Healing increased from 32 to 40. Upgraded healing increased from 35 to 45.
- Deadpool In Your Area: Base Spell Field Damage increased from 10/s to 15/s. Upgraded Spell Field damage increased from 10/s to 20/s.
Gambit
- Ragin’ Royal Flush: Healing over time reduced from 55/s to 10/s. Movement Speed Boost reduced from 50% to 25%. Ultimate charge acceleration reduced from 30% to 15%. Damage Boost increased from 20% to 25%.
- Cajun Charge: Cooldown per charge reduced from 12.5s to 11s.
- Breaking Spade: Self-Damage boost increased from 10% to 12.5%.
Jeff The Land Shark
- Aqua Burst: Ammo increased from 3 to 5.
- Healing Bubble: Healing and Movement boost buff duration increased from 4s to 5s. Number of charges increased from 3 to 4.
Loki
- Health reduced from 275 to 250.
- God of Mischief: Energy cost increased from 4300 to 5000.
- Doppelganger: Maximum range increased from 30m to 38m.
- Devious Exchange: Maximum range increased from 30m to 38m.
- Backstab: Now deals 50% of enemies max health as damage.
Invisible Woman
- Health reduced from 275 to 250.
- Covert Advance: Healing Amount increased from 20/s to 30/s. New Effect: Increase movement speed by 2m/s.
- Guardian Shield: Slow effect reduced from -35% to -10%.
Mantis
- Health increased from 250 to 275.
- Out-of-Combat movement speed boost increased from 1.5m/s to 2m/s.
- Spore Slumber: Cooldown reduced from 15s to 12s.
Rocket Raccoon
- Repair Mode: Projectile speed increased from 80m/s to 100m/s. Repair Mode’s projectile will now have falloff healing, begins at 30m decreasing to 30% at 40m.
- C.Y.A.: Damage boost increased from 40% to 50%. Range increased from 20m to 25m. Bonus health gained reduced from 100/s to 40/s. Maximum Bonus Health reduced from 150 to 100.
- Jetpack Dash: Dash Distance increased from 8m to 12m.
- Wild Crawl: Wall-Crawling Speed increased from 8m/s to 11m/s.
Ultron
- Imperative Patch: Healing amount to the targeted ally increased from 35/s to 42/s and healing to allies within range increased from 30/s to 38/s.
- Imperative Firewall: Damage boost increased from 10% to 16%.
- Dynamic Flight: Movement Boost increased from 40% to 50%.
- Rage of Ultron: Damage per projectile increased from 8 (total of 200 per interval) to 12 (total of 300 per interval).
