If the latest leak proves accurate, Xbox Game Pass subscribers are about to get a major boost to their Marvel Rivals experience. Reports suggest that NetEase and Microsoft are teaming up to bring exclusive benefits to the service, which would make the monthly subscription much more valuable.

This move would come just months after the massive Fortnite Crew integration. Due to this, it appears that Microsoft is focusing on live-service perks to justify the service’s price point. The company increased the price of the monthly subscription in late 2025 and received a lot of backlash for it. However, the current price may be worth it if Marvel Rivals’ benefits turn out to be valuable.

Xbox Game Pass subscribers may soon get extra perks for Marvel Rivals

According to the leak, the new partnership targets almost every tier of the service, including Ultimate, Core, PC Game Pass, and the new Premium tier. Active Xbox Game Pass subscribers would get exclusive benefits for Marvel Rivals, although they haven’t been revealed yet.

Considering that NetEase has released exclusive skins for Twitch users, and the company has allowed players to earn free Units from numerous events, we expect these perks with the Game Pass subscription. Additionally, the Marvel Rivals developer may grant extra Chrono-Tokens to incentivize players to purchase the Battle Pass.

For now, neither company has confirmed the partnership. However, if the leak turns out to be accurate, we expect the official reveal within a few days. With Xbox Developer Direct taking place on Thursday, January 22, Microsoft may officially reveal the collaboration.
