Gameplay Features

MOUSE: P.I. For Hire is a cartoon FPS that pairs its absurd, slapstick humour with fast-paced, retro-inspired combat. Jack Pepper can wield upgraded versions of classic noir weaponry, from the "James Gun" (Tommy Gun) to a powerful double-barreled shotgun. You can even use your mousy tail to pick locks and uncover secrets.

Taking inspiration from Doom and BioShock, the game rewards players who stay mobile. You can utilize dash-moves, slides, and double-jumps to move around vertical arenas and dodge cultist attacks. Then, between firefights, return to Jack's agency to piece together clues on your case board. The game features over 20 levels packed with Metroidvania-style exploration and massive boss fights.
