The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind is jumping from 3D polygons to plastic bricks with a new Lego-like playset.

For fans of Bethesda’s brilliant 2002 RPG, there’s never been much merch available. Outside of a few shirts and unofficial notebooks, Bethesda’s iconic adventure has been largely merch-less. (Even the game’s Cafepress store was recently shut down after 20 years of print-on-demand service.)

As part of Xbox’s 25th anniversary celebrations, a new LEGO-like playset of Microsoft’s original Xbox is coming to store shelves. A Mattel Brick Shop release, which is a more premium alternative to Mega Bloks, Morrowind will be one component of the overall playset.

The playset will allow fans to build a scale replica of the Original Xbox alongside its iconic Duke Controller. Inside the LEGO-like games console are three diorama, including Morrowind alongside Halo: Combat Evolved and Psychonauts.

The Halo diorama, which is housed within the middle of the faux console, is a replica of a scene from Combat Evolved. In this scene, which appears to be from The Library, shows Master Chief fighting The Flood with his trusty MA5B Assault Rifle. The Pyschonauts diorama, which is located on the right of the console, shows Razputin Aquato posing atop a brain.

As for the Mororwind diorama, this is located to the left of the machine. It’s a simply scene that shows antagonist Dagoth-Ur and the playable Nerevarine fighting within the Heart Chamber. It’s not as in-depth as the Halo diorama, but it’s nice to see some merchandise of the two Elder Scrolls characters in 2026.

The Mattel Brick Shop set also includes a number of LED lights that help to set the scene of the dioramas. Controlled by the Duke controller, you can glow up The Library’s blue energy beam, the orange lights of the Heart Chamber, and the green glow of the Psychonauts background. They also all have associated sound effects.

As you probably expected, all of this will cost a pretty penny. The 3,509-piece set will retail for $324.99 when its released on Oct. 1, 2026. Considering how everything ends up being scalped these days, some fans will likely be shelling out considerably more than that as well.

While the Halo diorama or the Xbox itself likely be the main draw for most fans, the inclusion of Morrowind is particularly strong for me. Halo has a never-ending amount of merch, the OG Xbox does as well at this point. But there’s very few pieces of Morrowind memorabilia for fans.
