Fortnite Chapter 7 will bring a whole new map to the game, which is something many players look forward to. Fortnite maps go through many changes each month, but every year, Epic Games releases a brand new island. With less than 10 days until a new chapter, some parts of the upcoming map have already been leaked.
As previously leaked, the upcoming Fortnite island will be inspired by America. The map will have locations based on Area 51, casinos, big cities, and the Hollywood sign. The latest leak shows us what the iconic sign will look like in Fortnite, and that it will be called Battlewood.
Battlewood is a new Fortnite location on the Chapter 7 map
The Battlewood location was spotted in leaked promo images for Fortnite Chapter 7. Just like the real Hollywood sign, the Battlewood sign is located on a hill, and while it hasn’t been confirmed yet, there is likely a city under it. One could even say that we gota GTA in Fortnite before GTA 6!
The new Fortnite map is set to come out on Saturday, November 29. Once again, Epic Games will release lots of new content, from new items and weapons to new gameplay mechanics. This will all come after the massive live event, which will likely have an extended downtime.
As we are quickly approaching the launch of Chapter 7, we expect even more leaks to come out soon. Furthermore, Epic will likely reveal some of the new things in the final week of The Simpsons season, making the community even more excited for the new content.
