Fortnite released the Winterfest event earlier this week, bringing many new gifts and rewards. Once again, Epic Games has made gameplay changes while also releasing the cabin, a fan-favorite feature.
The secret feature in the cabin allows you to earn an XP boost in Fortnite, and you can open a new gift every day. However, this year’s Winterfest event has a small yet significant change that you should be aware of. If you are not careful, you may run out of presents to open and miss out on the free skins and cosmetics.
Do Fortnite Winterfest gifts stack?
Every day at 9:00 AM Eastern Time, Fortnite grants you a new present in Winterfest. However, this year, you can only have one active gift at a time. In 2025, Winterfest gifts don’t stack, which means that you can’t open all of them at once at the end of the year.
Fortunately, this is not a big deal, as you are not required to even play a match to open a present. You can simply log in every day and open a gift in less than a minute. Even if you miss a couple of days, you can still unlock all the rewards, including free Winterfest skins.
Next time you launch the game, make sure to visit the Christmas cabin and open your present right away. If you have more than one account, you will need to log in to it and open gifts every day.
Keep in mind that you must open 13 gifts in total to obtain both skins. Due to this, it’s important that you log in at least once a day.
The good news is that we know exactly what’s inside each Winterfest present this year. If you get Supercharged XP from the cabin, make sure to check out our list of the best XP maps in Fortnite to level up quickly and complete the new Battle Pass as soon as possible.
