Marvel Rivals will soon drop the biggest gift for its players. Over the past 11 months, NetEase has released lots of amazing rewards, including numerous free skins. Now, it’s time to step up the game and celebrate the game’s first birthday in the best way possible.
For its first anniversary, Marvel Rivals will give away 2500 Units to all players. More specifically, the premium currency will be available in a limited-time event. On top of that, players will be able to unlock a legendary skin for Jeff the Land Shark, one of the fan-favorite characters!
How to unlock 2500 Marvel Rivals Units for free?
NetEase will release a Marvel Rivals Anniversary event on Thursday, November 27. The event will feature many rewards, including more than $20 worth of the premium currency. While we don’t have exact details on how to unlock these free Units, they will likely be available by completing a series of quests.
Besides free Units, Marvel Rivals players will be able to unlock Jeff the Business Shark, a Legendary costume for a fan-favorite hero. Considering that skins cost under 2500 Units, the event will allow players to add two Legendary skins without spending a cent!
The Anniversary event in Marvel Rivals will bring a couple of paid cosmetics as well, which were revealed in the Season 5 roadmap. While the ending date of the event hasn’t been confirmed yet, we expect it to conclude with the release of Season 5.5 on December 12.
Released on December 6, 2024, Marvel Rivals will turn one in less than three weeks. With all the content planned in advance, the hero shooter will likely stay around for at least a couple of years and bring many more pleasant surprises and rewards for its players.
