Marvel Rivals is celebrating Valentine’s Day with a limited-time event that offers free Units. The event features two fan-favorite characters, Gambit and Rogue, and their wedding parade. The parade takes place on the romantic holiday, and if you participate in it, you will receive the premium currency.

With Season 6.5, the Marvel Rivals developer has released new skins for the popular couple. Unfortunately, these are locked behind a gacha-style event, though lucky players can unlock them for as little as 100 Units. If you’re low on Units, this Valentine’s Day event offers a chance to earn some for free.

How to get free Units in Marvel Rivals during the Valentine’s Day event?

Gambit and Rogue are bringing their wedding celebration to Times Square on Valentine’s Day. They will have a wedding car parade, and if you join to watch it, you will receive free Units in Marvel Rivals.

“Join them on February 14th for the festivities and earn Units,” Guangyun Chen, the game’s creative director, confirmed. While the exact reward amount hasn’t been confirmed, events like this are typically tied to a simple participation requirement rather than a competitive objective and reward at least 100 Units.

In past Marvel Rivals celebrations, players only needed to load into the map and perform a couple of actions to earn free Units. If NetEase follows a similar structure, grabbing your free Units should be quick and easy, even if you only have a few minutes to log in on Valentine’s Day.

It’s also worth noting that premium currency giveaways in Marvel Rivals are relatively rare outside of major seasonal updates. That makes this wedding parade event one of the better opportunities for free-to-play players to stock up. Even a small amount of Units can reduce the cost of a gacha pull, helping you unlock Gambit and Rogue wedding skins without spending real money.

If you want even more free rewards, check out active Marvel Rivals codes and how to unlock free skins. The new season has introduced a free Squirrel Girl skin, allowing you to unlock it before March 20.
