The first Marvel Rivals skin to be released in 2026 is Lady Loki. This is arguably the best skin, as it completely changes the Strategist and has a new voice actor. Unfortunately, the costume has a big issue that many players are not aware of.
The skin costs over 2,000 Units, which is no surprise. However, before you purchase it, you need to know that the skin will put you at a disadvantage. Using this new Marvel Rivals skin can negatively impact your stats, as well as your rank, so you may not want to use it in the ranked mode.
The Lady Loki skin is somewhat broken in Marvel Rivals
What makes Legendary skins in Marvel Rivals appealing is their design and new effects. Instead of simple recolors, NetEase releases big changes with Legendary costumes, and that is why many players are willing to pay more for them. Unfortunately, many Legendary skins make characters look bigger, and Lady Loki is no exception.
Lady Loki is much taller than the regular Loki skin, which is certainly not ideal. The image below shows the size difference, and as you can see, it’s quite significant.

The good thing is that Loki has several skills that can be used to escape tight situations. Still, you should be cautious when using the new skin, as it’s certainly riskier than any other trickster’s costume.
