Marvel Rivals currently has 42 heroes, and many others will come to the game soon. When the game launched in December 2024, its lineup had 33 characters. Now, just 10 months later, the lineup has more characters and gameplay diversity.
Interestingly, all the characters NetEase has added were leaked in the past. In addition to them, the Marvel Rivals community has leaked numerous other heroes, and many of them should arrive over the next few months. NetEase has pledged to release a new hero every month, so we expect the game to have at least 45 characters by the end of the year.
What Marvel Rivals characters have been leaked?
The next Marvel Rivals hero is Daredevil, and his release date has already been confirmed. The hero will drop with Season 4.5, which will bring lots of new content, from a new map to balance changes. However, the future is quite unclear, and we currently don’t know what heroes will arrive in Season 5 and onwards.
However, let’s take a look at all the leaked heroes in Marvel Rivals and check who could come to the game:

As you can see, the list includes five characters that have already come to the game. Keep in mind that most of these characters were leaked in February 2025, two months before the release of Emma Frost, three months before Ultron, and so on.
One of the heroes who could arrive by the end of the year is Deadpool. This character was accidentally leaked by Spider-Man’s voice actor, which may indicate that his release date is relatively soon. However, we may also get a surprise hero, as NetEase was given a green light to add original characters to Marvel Rivals, which isn’t something that sits well with the community.
Season 5 should arrive in early-to-mid November 2025, and one of the characters from the list above will likely join the hero lineup with it.
