The Fortnite x South Park collaboration is finally in development, according to a reputable leaker. This collaboration is something that many players would want to get, and it has even appeared in a couple of surveys. While the release date hasn’t been revealed or leaked yet, it should arrive in early Chapter 7.

This collaboration was leaked by Hypex and SamLeakks, two reputable leakers with a good track record. They claim that the Fortnite x South Park partnership will arrive soon, so we might get it in the first month of the new chapter.

When will the Fortnite x South Park collaboration be released?

In a tweet by Hypex, the leaker claims that the long-awaited collaboration will come soon. With Fortnite Chapter 7 coming out on Saturday, November 29, there is a chance that Epic Games will release these skins even in December. However, there are a few things that the game developer first has to figure out.

All the main South Park characters are tiny, so the Fortnite developer has to find a way to make them work. They would likely be released with extra accessories or contraptions, just like it was the case with Bart and Lisa Simpson, and a couple of other skins in the past. Alternatively, some characters, such as Towelie, could be released as Sidekicks.

It is almost certain that South Park skins in Fortnite would be cel-shaded. This is an art style that Epic has used for many other cartoon skins, and there is no doubt that going with it would be the right move for Cartman, Kyle, and all the other characters.

Unfortunately, we will have to wait for a bit longer to find out more information about this upcoming Fortnite collaboration. Right now, Epic is focused on the release of a new chapter. However, as soon as it comes out, we expect a couple of big collaborations with iconic characters.
