Fortnite Crew subscribers may soon receive another major benefit. Epic Games is reportedly working on a new XP boost that would be available to active Crew members, giving subscribers a faster way to level up and progress through passes.
Epic has been working on ways to expand the Crew subscription by adding more benefits. Considering that many Fortnite players want to level up as quickly as possible, adding an XP boost could potentially increase the number of active subscribers.
Fortnite Crew XP boost would make the subscription more valuable
According to Hypex, the most reputable Fortnite leaker, the upcoming feature was found after the latest update. The v41.10 update was released on Thursday, June 25, 2026, though the feature has not been officially announced yet.
At the moment, the leaked XP Booster appears to be tied directly to Fortnite Crew. This means that the boost would only stay active while a player has an active Crew subscription. Hypex claims that the boost would have three different tiers:
- 5% XP boost
- 10% XP boost
- 20% XP boost
Unfortunately, it’s unclear how players will unlock each tier. Epic Games could tie the bigger boosts to long-term Crew subscriptions, monthly renewal streaks, account progress, or another system entirely. For now, this part remains unknown.
It’s also important to note that the feature hasn’t been officially confirmed by the developer. As such, the feature may be changed before it officially comes to Fortnite. The release date of the XP boost tied to Fortnite Crew is also unknown, although Epic may release it with the July 2026 pack.
The leaked XP boost could become one of the most useful Fortnite Crew benefits for active players. The monthly subscription already gives subscribers access to the current Battle Pass, OG Pass, LEGO Pass, and Music Pass, along with monthly Crew cosmetics and V-Bucks. Adding an XP boost on top of these benefits would make the subscription more appealing, especially for players who cannot play daily and level up quickly.
For now, Fortnite players can level up quickly by using the best Fortnite XP maps. Furthermore, several free Fortnite skins are currently available, as well as a free car, for players who want to expand their lockers without spending V-Bucks.
