Season 6 of Marvel Rivals will be the first season in 2026. NetEase will release it in January next year, and despite it being more than a month away, we may already know the heroes it will bring. Once again, the game developer posted a couple of hints that reveal upcoming content.
As soon as Season 5 launched in November, many players spotted an interesting detail on a new gallery card. The card shows The Collector sitting in front of a couple of monitors and contains numerous hints regarding Deadpool and Elsa Bloodstone, new characters who should arrive in Marvel Rivals Season 6.
Marvel Rivals Season 6 will bring Deadpool and Elsa Bloodstone as new heroes
A few months ago, NetEase received a green light to add original, non-Marvel characters to Marvel Rivals. Fortunately, the game developer hasn’t done this yet, and it appears that the original heroes won’t arrive anytime soon.
In Season 6. Marvel Rivals is set to drop Deadpool and Elsa Bloodstone. Both of them can be spotted in the new gallery card and even in its description. “Believe it or not, I happen to have a few Earth-born operatives of my own that have been working for me behind the scenes: a blathering, foul-mouthed mercenary and a monster hunter as deadly as she is beautiful,” the description states.
Deadpool has been on the list of the leaked Marvel Rivals heroes for a long time, and his release is likely just weeks away. Many characters on the list have already come to the game, which is great for the fans of Wade Wilson. After all, these are all the characters NetEase has been working on.
As previously revealed, the Marvel Rivals developer already prepared the roster for a big part of 2026. Due to this, we expect many iconic heroes to come to Marvel Rivals soon.
While this is almost as good as an official confirmation, we’ll have to wait at least a few more weeks for the official reveal. Season 6 will likely come out on Friday, January 16, and the teaser, which reveals new Marvel Rivals heroes, should be released a few days before. In the meantime, let’s take a look at Deadpool’s predicted abilities, as well as Elsa Bloodstone’s role.
This wouldn’t be the first time that NetEase revealed new characters ahead of their release. After all, a Season 4 gallery card hinted at the addition of Rogue and Gambit, who were later officially confirmed.
