The latest Epic Game Store giveaway includes one of the most underrated Warhammer 40K games yet. Warhammer 40,000: Speed Freeks, the frenetic Ork-themed racing game, is now free on Epic’s storefront.

Available right now, Speed Freeks is available for free on the PC version of the Epic Games Store. Just after the release of the game’s console version, PC gamers can grab the game for free. The only caveat being you have to use the still quite-clunky Epic Games Store.

Warhammer 40,000: Speed Freeks adapts the vehicular tabletop game into a glorious destructive racing game. In the game, you’ll join the Speedwaaagh in customisable vehicles in solo or 8v8 races against bots or online foes in a slew of different game modes.

Furthermore, the game offers a full track-builder, allowing you to craft your own raceways to plow through. It’s a really, really fun time, and even features full cross-platform crossplay support with PC and other platforms. While you wouldn’t necessarily expect a Warhammer 40K game to be very good, it’s easy to sink a lot of hours into Speed Freeks. You can grab it right here.

Alongside the Warhammer game, you can also nab roguelike chess game The Ouroborous King. “The Ouroboros King combines the strategic depth of chess with the build variety and replayability of roguelikes. Assemble a formidable army, discover powerful relics, and buy surprising gadgets to defeat the Coven,” reads the game’s official description.

Next week, you can also pick up Citizen Sleeper. This 2022 role-playing game tasks you with taking on the role of an escaped worker in a dystopian cyberpunk world. It’s a critically-acclaimed RPG, and definitely one to be experienced. You’ll also be able to grab rhythm-shooter game ROBOBEAT.
